　　 One, drilling

　　 1. The drilling feed speed should be slow, the speed is 180/S, a new drill bit should be used, the upper and lower aluminum pads, single PNL drilling, no water in the hole;

　　2. The copper sinking circuit of the ground plate is made the same as the normal double-sided board;

　　 3. Special attention: high-frequency circuit boards do not need to remove the glue residue.

　　Second, solder mask

　　 1. If the high-frequency circuit board needs to be printed with green oil on the substrate, it must be printed twice (to prevent the green oil from blistering on the substrate); do not grind the board from the etching and before removing the tin, but air dry.

　　 2. If the high frequency circuit board needs green oil base, it is not allowed to grind the board before the solder mask, and the red seal is stamped in the MI.

3. If the high-frequency circuit board needs to be printed with green oil on part of the base material and some base material is not printed with green oil, a "priming film" is required. The base film only retains the green oil on the base material. Perform the second normal production.

　　 Three, spray tin

　　Before spraying tin, you need to bake 150 degrees 30Min before spraying tin.

　　 Four, line tolerance

　　 The unrequired line width tolerance is ±0.05mm, and it can be made according to customer requirements.

　　 Five, plate

　　 Please use the specified board, see the requirements. Because the plate price is more expensive, if you can only open 1PNL, you can only open 1PNL.
